The Outlaw Travis James
AKA: The OTJ
Match Director
The Outlaw Travis James, SASS# 107517, started shooting CAS in August 2017, and is a SASS Life Member. He took over as Match Director of the Roughshod Raiders in June 2025 and also serves as the Territorial Governor of the OK Corral Outlaws in Okeechobee, FL since February 2020. He is a SASS Range Officer Instructor and is the Founder of SASS Florida. He also serves on The Last Stand Committee and was on the Ides of March Committee for four years serving as Range Master in 2024. He has many years experience in firearms instruction being an NRA Pistol Instructor and Chef Range Safety Officer since 2013. He supports many of the clubs around Florida including the Fort White Cowboy Cavalry, Lake County Pistoleros, and the Gold Coast Gunslingers. He is always ready to “talk shop” (as Midwest Hale says) and would love to have a conversation with you about Cowboy Action Shooting. Please reach out with any questions you may have.
His Raiders duties include: match administration, stage writing, stage setup, scoring, social media, email communications, webmaster, and Raiders Range Officer.

Marshal J.W. Stone
Range Boss
Marshal J.W. Stone, SASS # 110804, is a SASS Life Member and has been shooting SASS since February 2021, shooting his first match with the Roughshod Raiders. He quickly found in the Raiders members a willingness to share their knowledge and support new shooters like himself. The comradery he found within the group quickly led him to participate in monthly match setup and expand his involvement in the sport by shooting Wild Bunch matches. For The Last Stand 2025 he served as Deputy for the Wild Bunch side match and assisted in setup and range support of the State Championship. His hard work and dedication earned him the Top Hand Award for TLS 2025. He also serves as the Wild Bunch Territorial Governor for the Fort White Cowboy Cavalry since 2024. His enthusiasm for SASS continues to grow along with his desire to support other fellow shooters and the sport.
His Raiders duties include: stage writing, stage setup, equipment maintenance, props, and the U.S.S Alachua.
Santa Fe River Stan
Territorial Governor
Santa Fe River Stan, SASS #36999, has been shooting SASS since 2000, is a Life Member, and Regulator. He is also a Member of the S.A.S.S Advisory Board as well as the S.A.S.S. Hall of Fame, inducted in the Class of 2023. He was on committees for the Hat Bill Gang in Titusville, and the Florida State Championship, The Last Stand (Orlando), for eight years. He also served as a Range Officer for End of Trail, the SASS World Championships. He is the eleven-time Overall Florida State Champion, 2012 Wrangler World Champion, five time 49er World Champion, and two-time Overall Southeast Regional Champion. He was the spearhead for the resurrection of The Last Stand (Gainesville) in 2025 and continues to lead The Last Stand Committee. He is always willing to answer questions and is an expert in SASS Rules and administration. He has served as the Raiders Territorial Governor since the clubs inception in 2014.
His Raiders duties include: informing shooters of rule changes, discussion of possible rule changes, counting of members votes on rule changes and reporting them to SASS, attending Territorial Governor meetings, discussion of comments or concerns of members at those TG meetings, sending rule change suggestions to the ROC at members request, and Raiders Range Officer.
Chickie Winsome
Registration
Chickie Winsome, SASS# 107771, started shooting CAS in 2018. She has done administration for the OK Corral Outlaws including monthly match and annual match registration since 2022. She is also the Treasurer for the Fort White Gun Club, serving since 2024. She has contributed thousands of match and awards photos for SASS Florida and was behind the video camera for just as many stage videos. She is also a member of The Last Stand Committee and managed shooter sign in for the Florida State Championship in 2025.
Her Raiders duties include: morning registration, monthly match posses, awards support, and putting up with the Match Director daily. 😉
Delta Glen
Range Officer
Founding Match Director
Delta Glen, SASS #39197, has been shooting SASS since 2001, is a Life Member, and Regulator. He was the match director for the Ft. White Cowboy Cavalry from 2004 to 2007, and was on the committee for the Florida State Championship, The Last Stand (Orlando), for seven years. He is the former Raiders Match Director, starting the club in 2014 and retiring in 2025. He was also Match Director for the 2025 Florida State Championship, The Last Stand (Gainesville). He has also served as a Range Officer for End of Trail, the SASS World Championships. He has had a lot of experience coaching new shooters of varying skill levels.
His Raiders duties include: stage setup, range operations, purchasing, accounting & bookkeeping, water & ice procurement, and Raiders Range Officer.
